Yes, we also send orders to Slovakia. We are now shipping across the EU.

You also offer samples for decorative cosmetics?
Yes, we have samples for all lipsticks, make-up, bases, and concealers.

You also offer formulas for skin care?
Yes, but only to a limited range.

Do you also send to other EU countries?
Yes, we are sending all over Europe and the US.

Your cosmetics are Not Tested on animals?
No, all products we offer are not tested on animals.

Is your cosmetics suitable for vegans?
Yes, you will find many products suitable for vegans.

Do you have any VIP program for loyal customers?
Yes, if you buy from us  for 6000 CZK or more, then you are becoming our VIP customer.

Do I have to register somewhere in the VIP program?
No need. If you're shopping at us via e-shop, as soon as they reach your order 6000 Kč, you become automatically our VIP customer. From 1.7.2021 to the VIP Program we do not accept new members, for new customers the VIP program completely replaces the new Loyalty Program.

How do I know I'm a VIP customer?
You will be notified via email.

What are the benefits of the VIP program?
Once you reach the orders of a total value of 6.000 CZK, you will receive an email with your personal code, which will guarantee you a 10% discount on your purchases in our e-shop. 10% discount is valid forever!

The discount in the VIP program is valid for all products?
Yes, the 10% discount applies to everything we offer, except for products that are currently on sale.

Do I need to register somewhere in the Loyalty program?
Yes, on the left side of our site there is a bar with the Loyalty Program, where you can find the program conditions and you can register directly there. You cannot collect points without registration and apply them as a discount on purchase.

1 Point you obtain for each 1 CZK spent  without VAT.

Do you have the cosmetics suitable for cosmetic salons as well?
Yes, our premium brands are also suitable for cosmetic salons.
If you are interested in our products in your salon, please contact us at and we will send the Price List to you.

I got damaged goods. What do I do?
If you have a damaged product, take a picture of the damaged product immediately and send to an e-mail photo, your order number and problem. We will then contact you and we will exchange the product if necessary. If you see a damaged or wet package during delivery by courier, refuse to accept it.

I have ordered the products, but I want to return them in a 14-day period. What do I do? What are the conditions?
According to the law, you have a right of up to 14 days (the date is calculated by mail or by phone) from the contract to return products without giving a reason. For us, you have the deadline for a refund, without giving reasons, extended to 30 days. If you decide to do so, please email us at or call +420 602 322 773 and send the goods to the address: store Wonderful, Elišky Krásnohorské 12, Praha 1, 110 00. If everything will be in order after receiving the goods, we will contact you and we will return the money for the goods. For cosmetics, it is important to return within 14 days of purchase, so that it is unopened, unused and in the original packaging. If the cosmetic product is used or tested, the right to a refund expires..

Money back guarantee, what does it mean?
If you return an unused and unopened product to us within 30 days, we will refund the full amount. If the product has been used or opened but did not suit you, we will refund the adequate amount in the voucher for purchase on our e-shop
