Cannabis is rich in vitamin E, minerals (magnesium, zinc, calcium, potassium, sulfur, raised, etc.), enzymes and especially unsaturated fatty acids. The cannabis are mainly used seeds (for direct consumption), from which the edible cannabis oil is then pressed.

Cannabis oil (including hemp seeds) belongs to one of the most valuable oils in the world, thanks to its high content (over 75%) Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 Unsaturated fatty acids that are in any other plant in absolutely Ideal and irreplaceable ratio for the human body.
